  1. Hi mate, hope you are well, so I have a Combi Vailant 835 running 16 radiators. I’ve been slowly balancing the system over the last week now however I am struggling with one RAD in the downstairs hallway which is not even on the end of the circuit which is getting slightly warm but not hot at all. I simply have no more heat to steal off another radiator and the lock Shields are open the minimum amount to let flow through, can you give me any suggestions as to what is going on? My target temperature is 70° and my return temperature is 56°, Vailant reckon this is too much of a difference and are suggesting an air block. I have bled every radiator several times Until just water comes out, can you help?

  2. Hi I have done everything, you can do but still rad not getting hot, I checked balance removed flush rad ,balance system. Add system cleaner drain whole system. Removed rad top plug attached 15mm rad pipe to try drain off each side- off the valves to get air out ,still cold rad ,i think I need powerflushing,
