Currently living in my dad's house, and COMPLETELY understand your situation. He did not take care of this house and it needs a complete gut of the kitchen and bathrooms. Having zero budget sucks!
All of our home projects go step by step like that! And our house is 143 years old… so our list is SUPER LONG! Can’t wait to see what you do in the kitchen! Btw counter top pain kits are cheaper than a new counter and you can make it look however you want!
The actually make paint for your countertops to give it a new look. Thats what the previous owners did for our kitchen. Its granite countertop paint from Giani. You can get it at walmart.com.
