New here. Love the tips, just moved in to a new house and it will be worthwhile trying out some of these.
Away from the topic, you resemble the actress JJ from criminal minds.
“It has to be clean” ….
* looks at children… ah..
“Yellow switches”…
* looks at rental walls…. Ugh

Staying at a well run hotel is a great way to get ideas for setting up home but it doesn’t have to be an expensive place. Unfortunately expensive hotels really are the best place to get ideas. If a bathrooom had clever shelf placement shower design I took pictures and used those ideas. Professional designers are hired to do that work. Copy what they do. This is especially important if you are staying in a historic hotel. There are plenty f those in Europe and Canada. Good work girl!
I would have more respect for your presentation if you took spaces that are inexpensive and transform it into something into something that truly presents as 'expensive.'
