Kitchen waste compost in general is actually better than the general Cattle dung compost because not only it is nutritious than general Cow/Buffalo fodder, it's mostly pure raw material without loss in any of its nutrition which ehen dirextly mixed with soil Aids further in mineral content which in turn is giving tastefullness to your fruits and veggies.
    Truly, in my little farm if i had a source of collection of household kitchen wastes i would prefer it over Cattle dung using it compacted and mushy like a Rough paste.
