Is it this part of your master plan to leave us in suspense about the expected visit of the inspector??? Why not do a blockbuster movie from start to finish; I am sure Brian is amply qualified to film the whole process whilst you demonstrate to the world how to remodel your home. It's leaving me frothing at the mouth having to wait for the next snippet of the build. By all accounts, I really do appreciate your work ethics, keep up the great work. Kind regards.

I was critical of this project since it seemed to be getting in the way of the farm build. I'm very interested in all parts of the farm build since I am at the finish stage of one of my own. I stand corrected! I'm thoroughly enjoying the remodel project and like the quality of the work. Video is good, sound really good for us hearing impaired folk, content excellent and just the right amt of ego. Thanks, guys. I applaud your efforts.

What did we ever do without spax screws? Those things are a bunch better than 10p nails.
We had a "suicide door" in a house that we had in Missouri. It was perfect for taking groceries from the truck right into the kitchen without going through the house. Just don't walk out of it unless you can jump about 5 feet down.
Gentleman, might I suggest you buy a compressor, and pnumatic tools and maybe a spare tank (if using drill a lot) for your house build? because you are going to get sick of the hammer and recharging batteries quickly.
Best to have petrol powered compressor if you're not close to 120v outlets.
