You are either 1.Lying out your ass. 2. Lost your ass on this project. or 3. Used all Mexicans working for shit pay.
You stated the kitchen would run between $10K – $15K, let's use $12.5K. You then stated you are doing it for 1/2 to 3/4 that price. Let's use 62.5% for a total of around $7,812. You subbed nearly everything out; plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall, counters. If you did it for those numbers FUCK YEAH it was a budget job! Labor alone for me and one other guy for a week is $4,200. What the fuck are you guys making in Texas $7.50 an hour??
