My wood shop is in the basement of my house, it started out a dark, dirty little cave but has turned into a great space and it’s still no where near done. Here’s the first steps in it’s transformation. My end goal is to create a shop for making anything, wood, metal, glass, etc……. nothings off limits. In this video I clean up my mess and paint the walls and floors. Next up I’ll talk about some of the tools and moving into the shop. Ideas welcome, thanks for tuning in!

Please fix my basement Ik this 4 years ago
When you used the power washer in the basement, was there any issues with drainage or moisture?
Hey there, were there any issues with pressure washing the basement regarding over spray? How many times did you wash and how what kind of cleaner did you use?
Did you suck up the water get a dehumidifier going?
I did the same with my basement, and haven't regretted it. It was pricey (I used Drylok for the walls, and Rustoleum rock solid to seal the floor), but the difference is day and night with all of the moisture coming through. I have area rugs on the floor that don't even have a hint of mildew, and the need for a dehumidifier seems absurd now.
That’s dope tbh
That intro though
how do you pressure wash the basement without flooding it?
