A viynal door will not hold up. Vynl only works on things that will never be touched.
Its a bit over engineered but I made a automatic screen door closer! Check it my video over view of it.

If you are looking for something like this, you will find it on the Woodglut website.
Outside hinges look like crap.
I prefer to build with Woodglut plans.
Vinyl or wood are the only options on your video. Why not Aluminum?
