Susan, great video and very helpful. I have a question for you. At 6 minutes in during the Crop Rotation segment I noticed a black mail box on the fence behind you to the left of the greenhouse. What's up with that? It doesn't seem to be a place where mail would be delivered.
No audio issue. Great video. We are doing everything here except cover crops – going to have to give that a try.
You videos are always a pleasure to watch. It's amazing how less work can actually be better, I used to roto till and work the heck out of my soil but over the past 2 years I've been just adding a little compost on top. I will have to try your method of loosening the soil deeper with that pitchfork, I never knew what to use mine for. I'm amazed how much your beds and water system remind me of my own, I have buried PVC pipe and valves on each bed just like you do, it's fed from a rainwater cistern with a pump; that's on a timer (or manual override switch when I just want to adjust for the rain). I wish I had enough beds to rotate crops better. Thanks for another great video, the audio was quite good, you use a lavalier microphone it seems, that helps a lot with ambient noise.
Great video and very good information
Im curious what im to do with my tiller now? Im sure i may not go down so far but i rhink ill use it. ☺
