I'm making my version of this right now! I am using 2×4 as the frames and then 0.5 inch plywood for the exterior, painting it white shaker style, using hinges to hold the lid open for kids toys. It will be a kitchen nook storage bench. Filming and will be up on my channel too. Thanks for the inspiration.
