Awesome video
Closed cell spray foam on exterior of the basement
I have 13 years of experience in waterproofing applicators.
Can I come there and do this work?
If the lowest point of the basement is above the water table, is it ok to not have a drain. Any water should drain away naturally with gravity.
Great video! I'm curious why you wouldn't just buy filtered perforated tile piping in the first place though? LOL
What is they expanding spray material you used to coat your pared wall ?
Do you habe worry about water in a desert basement? Most we is 5 inches of rain a year.
Question: lets say we live in an extra rainy area or an area that get water dumped into the yard alot regardless of slope away from the house. Would it be fruitfull to add another layer of French drains near the top of a foundation? Or could that be problematic?
