  11. The twins' use of maps on the entry wall is a fantastically original touch. I also love their salvaged mantel and find Jasmine's suggestion to paint it a different color a bit nitpicky. Egypt and Mike had great over-mantel wall-art and a striking color scheme, but I suppose they got it mostly because they added so much square footage, since Keith & Evan out-designed them.

  12. The powder bath additional was in the wrong spot. Big whoops. Did like the overall look.

    Jasmine is wrong about painting the hearth 'a different color', multiple colors or painting around it would get better. A solid darker color looses the details… liked the map and the living room.

    The attached garage is nice for many. Hate the blah-ness of overreliance on earthy tones, but they were smart to play to Jasmine's tastes. Glad the beams were white instead of weird the beige-y color.

    Liked some aspect of the guys living room but the colors made me gag, and it felt like it was a little too slick.

  13. That house with round windows ended up beautifully, I was afraid it would look weird, but they did amazing in the whole styling. The winners did awesome too, the value added with those extra sq feet definitely put it ahead of the rest.
