I did figure out why the motor was triggering on and off .. the next video will show what I did to correct that issue..

You need a checkvalve. Had pretty same basic setup and pump builds up and kicks off and right back on due to water blowing back into tank because no valve to hold water pressure.
On line from tank into pump.
