I hate these peoples flips.... penny pinching when they could've spend a few extra and done it right. Sold for 780 bought for 450, guess they didn't have enough money in their 330k profit margin.
Their costs for remodels are not for quality. He does most the work not sure what she adds. That kitchen really sucks. No insulation in the ceiling how does someone expect to keep that house comfortable? He needs to go out on his own with a better designer.
