Nice video. You have a real clear way of talking. I'm looking to build something similar to this.
Just use dual 2x10s bolted to original caster attachment points.....no need to "fill" void due to lip. Extend the 2xs for the tank platform as you did with plywood. Bolt original casters to bottom of 2x material. Strong, cheaper, easier.
There should be a YouTube Law that the end product must be demonstrated before showing every step how to drive a screw and apply adhesive. That way one can determine if it is of interest without having to look through the uninteresting steps. No you don't have to complete it before you stat the project. Just edit the finished item to the front of the video. There, now. It is LAW.
