Is it true the fungi work cooperatively with the crops roots to deliver dissolved minerals to them which the plants themselves can’t do ?

I'm using no dig where I can. It just makes sense. At least cutting my grass is less of a chore as it now gives me mulch / compost material. Nice video again mate.
