In the third episode of “Real Renovations,” Jean and Jo visit Caesarstone in search of the perfect materials to replace the Saltz family’s old, laminate countertops. They ultimately go with a low-maintenance Quartz for the countertops and island, and nearly indestructible leathered granite to flank the oven. Later, a local fabrication company, Zicana Surfaces, cuts the Caesarstone slabs to fit the Saltz’s kitchen. After a smooth install, Jo and Scott reveal their feelings about the new countertops.
