In this video I am welding metal and plywood shelves. All of the metal is salvaged, mostly bed frame angle. This was a lot of fun to make but difficult without a table to weld on. Everything surprisingly came out flat and square and worked out great! I’ll post a link to the welding cart build video when I upload it.
Always be careful and use the proper safety equipment when woodworking.

Another "can do" project with easily obtainable materials. Would never have considered bed frame rails as a source. Kudos!
is that flakeboard cheaper than plywood?
Looks good! Great project to practice on.
I just need to figure out how to hang a single rope shelf from the wall (Landlord is not cool with hooks in the ceiling) But the tips you shared will work perfectly ! Thanks for the awesome video! I feel like I could do this myself, but it helps give my husband feel useful when I ask ^^ He loves his tools, but doesn't share my enthusiasm for DIY projects XD 2:47
