1375 sqft isn’t huge, but it’s not tiny. I don’t know why they would choose dark paint colors? Maybe that green reads darker on camera than it actually is. Overall I think they did a great job with this house. Exterior is lovely.
My ONLY regret was loss of lovey archways. I love archways. (Hope ya'll recycled the doors & switch plates. So someone may love them again.)
The kitchen & bathrooms are fabulously updated : fresh. Those hardwood floors are giving me hope for my Dad's 1955 ranch house. We removed carpet from 1968. Rough, but no longer hopeless.
