This kitchen remodel kept the existing layout but leveled-up its style and functionality

If you’ve ever endured a kitchen remodel while living in your house, you know just how emotionally taxing it can be. Ordering takeout seven nights a week and discovering construction dust in every nook and cranny isn’t for the faint of heart. To minimize disruption to her client’s daily life, interior designer Cynthia Soda took a strategic approach to this Toronto kitchen remodel, opting to maintain the original layout and laying new tile over the existing floors. The end result is a brighter, more functional space featuring mixed metal finishes and state-of-the-art appliances.
