Unlike other processes like TIG and MIG, stick welding doesn’t require gas, which is one reason it is popular among farmers and hobbyists. We get requests all the time for entry level / “how to get started” videos. Many of those recent requests have centered around stick welding and different common electrodes.

Bob Ross of welding, your name fits you perfectly
Excellent video tips, thank you
If you are serious and watch these videos... save your money buy some kit - practice - rinse and repeat... practice, practice, you can teach yourself a skill that can feed yourself - your family and build a life. He is doing this FOR FREE and people get upset that he is a bit of a straight shooter and tells people not to screw up and common mistakes - Man be glad you didn't study under some instructors I had in my life.
