Specifically, this is a desk in my office, not in my shop, for working on electronics, finishing 3D prints, and doing some smaller model & prop making. These are all things that I’ve done in the shop or at my computer desk but they’re also in the way. I finally decided to make a dedicated spot for them, and at the same time thought I’d use the desk as an excuse to start practicing my welding. Second channel: bit.ly/iltms-2

Wouldnt it have been more efficient to have put multiple veritcal dowels onto your wire-holder? Like that you could have added more and more different ones and just have some wood or metal in the front through which you could have guided the wires to easily cut them and always easily find the end. It would just have held more
Hi Bob, can you make a DIY motorized Stand Desk that can go up and down.
Could you have made something to thread the wires through and cut them from the holder
I'd love to get into metal working but it always seems a little scary! haha
Just remember "a grinder and paint make me the welder I ain't"
