If you can’t afford to fix the house or bring it up to code, why buy it? You’re putting your family at risk.
Want to see the finished home!
They're going to rock that unfinished house
The Whitfield’s are my cousins, congratulations on getting your long overdue project completed
So the movie people bought the house, added a floor but didn't complete the inside? What was it like when this family bought it? It's confusing, that and why doesn't Jay have a Southern accent? It's funny when he tells them he's from Alabama, too. They're probably thinking, where's your accent? He must've never acquired it, or he'd be slipping back into it.
You know what makes me sick is this is such a good show that instead of getting a professional from Tennessee they get this guy from Massachusetts who was quite obviously and Democrat. What ties does HGTV have to the Democrat Party is what I'd like to know and why they bringing in color to the show.
what i dont understand is that they seem to have done nothing to improve or care for the home. they have 2 teenage boys yet there was weeds, overgrown bushes, & lawn that needed to be cut. the outside fence & porch that needed a sanding & coat of paint, etc...that takes more sweat equity than $$. just sayin'.
thats what we did when we bought a handyman special. we did the work that required the least amt of money & what we could do first & easiest.
I love hgtv love Ben and Erin
What a brilliant idea HGTV doing up old Towns. FANTASTIC for tourism and employment plus relaxing for all. Country life is great. Congrats from Australia.
This place is good for air bnb. Because people want to see the house.^^
