Nice video I had the same issue with my basement 3 years ago and it was fixed this way. Luckily it occurred while the house was still under construction and they were able to inject from inside.

Rising damp does occur in clothes owing to capillary action. It does not follow that capillary action will occur in old bricks. The pores in old bricks are different from the pores in clothes.

Paint chipping everywhere. AMIDST ALL THIS- THE PROPERTY VALUE INCREASES 2 FOLD EVERY 8 YEARS IN CITIES LIKE MUMBAI.
