  1. What about capping this off? I have a toilet that I want to remove and i don’t want to replace it. I would like to install a utility sink instead.

  2. How long is it OK to leave the rag stuffed in the opening? I have to remove an old toilet then have some work done on the walls. It would be about a week before the new toilet can be installed.
