This is my first attempt at levelling an uneven kitchen floor. The floor consisted of 2 chip boarded areas and one concrete area. One side of the floor was 2 cm lower than the opposite side.

I fig he would go in basement and build a stud wall if possible to help level floor he's not actually leveling and fixing the issue he's bandaiding eventually the tiles will crack b.c it's not fixing the sag
Why would you create a peak based on what your children's level says?
And real installers use ardex and pour a new floor you dumbass! Laying compressed chipboard overlapping? You think your smarter than a whole world wide industry of professionals. I still can't handle it your fucking screwing concrete board down on concrete. And you should get the black mastic off first or everything could let go ha ha even your cracked mess of thinset and overlapped concrete board running down the center of your rollercoaster tile job ha ha haaaa
considering your not a builder and you are using you own experience and thoughts in doing the job in a way your confutable doing it you have achieved what you set out to do so good on you mate well dun
i just did my bath room you .. you needed to add more water.. its self level you dont have to mess with it.. more water next time
This was painful to watch
hello I have a garage I wish to use the leveling compound as a builder told me it is better than using cement. The problem I had was the existing floor was cracking and creaked when I walked on it. So I uplifted most of it up it came up easy as most of it fell apart. it seemed to be made off cement with small stones in it. So do I have to use a primer on a garage concrete floor their are bumps but the concrete looks in good condition . On instructions of leveling compound seems I may not need a primer , can you help?
You can go to stodoys if you would like to make it yourself guys.
