  • where can I buy a pump like this anybody have an idea I need help thank you

  • Unserviceable install.......great work Buddy. How about a frickin union

  • Can I drain this pump into an existing laundry drain pipe?

Problem is that the existing utility sink beside the stacked washer dryer (washer on top) is just below (floor is two-three steps below) foundation wall and the drain that goes back into house. So can’t install p-trap without raising it up. Current sink drains to open Rubbermaid container with sump pump going to the washer drain. Not to code and smells.

I bought this sink pump but I think the only way to drain it (and be code compliant) will be direct into existing laundry drain and then re-direct washer drain directly into sink? Does this sound right?

Anyway to combine both directly into the laundry drain?

  • Those one way valves are extremely unreliable once it gets a little film on it.

  • When I was a kid this is the way the washing machine was drained, machine went in to the laundry sink then pumped out from there.

  • Any plumber here.
Can I use this drain system to have a 2 component sink in the basement for my restaurant?
Inspection will be made according to the rest of the plumbing

  • I would never put a boot behind a finished wall. Maybe not today or tomorrow but it will leak on a horizontal run. Just saying.

  • its a Joke, so if the sink takes 10 minutes to fill it will take 10 to drain.
