How to Build a Home in California (Part 1 of 2)

In this video licensed contractor, Mark Komada of Frontier Construction, goes over what he looks for in analyzing a potential investment property. Mark covers things like zoning regulations, slope, set backs, the numerous fees you need to pay, utility hook up costs, and takes us for a tour of an apartment and garage he is currently building. He explains the different aspects of a home such as: footing, foundation, mud sill, framing, headers, electrical, plumbing, deck, windows and more.
Be sure watch part 2 of this video to see the second half of the tour.
If you have something real estate related you would like me to cover in a future video, be sure to leave a comment and I will do my best to do a video on that topic.
