Change the floor plan so the bath is at the higher level instead of running a 50 thou line. They could then extend the kitchen some.
Which they got smart and did, sort of.
Lol.
Yeah, those exterior blues were incompatible. The two tone trim around the door makes them too jarring. If they made the trim atound the door match, it would have been interesting. They just needed to get rid of the lines. It could have been an interesting color dynamic. The front porch is uglyyyyy. The white door is meh. A good green trim would have been better overall.
Staging a oes a nice job of purging the heebie jeebies you get from before...
No crazy tile choices for once. I hope they learned (but I know they didn’t, especially the screechy blonde).

While l wouldn't pay $50 for that sun blasted place, it's a good job for what it is. Cat pee? Have sense enough to carry masks instead of squalling about it! So glad Tarek finally got her off the show. She acts like she's in charge. Yeah. Of ugly tile and the same stuff every time. Can't wait to see Tarek's new partner- hopefully with an IQ over 60 who KNOWS about something.
Good vid
This is the one with the kitchen window looks into the living room
Love the design
Christina should know better than to wear her Jimmy Choo's to look at a fixer.
Who would ever leave a house so dirty?
