Mig welded Handrail Welding Project video. This is my DIY steel Mig welded Handrail I fabricated for a customer.

In this video I show how i design, draw, fabricate and weld hand railing for stairs and patios.

I fabricated this out of 0.95 wall thickness steel square tubing, 4″x 1/4″ flat bar steel, 1-1/2″x 3/16″ flat bar steel, and 2″x 3/16″ flat bar steel.

I show how i design a template and how i use that template to fabricate the finished railing.
