I’m sharing with you how I grow broccoli sprouts and broccoli microgreens using the hydroponic method. Broccoli microgreens are highly nutritious and considered by many as “superfood”. They can be grown easily indoors with just simple things most of us already have in our kitchens.
Ingredients/equipment:
Broccoli seeds – 4 tsp per tray (11 g)
Container: 2 trays; one with holes and one without
One spray bottle
Paper towel, plastic or stainless steel mesh
Harvest time: Sprouts – between 4 to 5 days, microgreens: between 9 to 12 days
Music: Youtube audio library – Dream of the Ancestor

Madame thank you for the video. There are a few questions. 1. For how many days did you cover the seeds. 2. It seems you didn't use any hydroponic food for the broccoli sprouts. And for the micro green you used the hydroponic food.
It seems once the seed germinated you didn't use any kind of transparent cover with holes to hold moisture and for transpiration. When I did it seemed my seedlings were getting dry. Can you please tell what was the ambient temperature of the germination room. Thanking you in advance.
Peaceful and educational <3
I wonder if there was any difference in taste between the 5 day and 10 day broccoli.
Excellent video, thanks for creating and posting.
Questions: what mesh size plastic canvas do you use (your affiliate link is to a product that is no longer available).
Also, do you re-use the mesh and if so, how do you clean them?
Thank You!
So peaceful... thanks for teaching
You have answered my question, I was going to ask, can you eat the little brown husks but I see you separate yours from the plant. Thank you for posting this video.
Hi I love your clear explaination, thank you so much for the video. A question, so if I continue to spout the brocolli with longer period, will i be able to use it to plant into brocolli? Thanks
What do you wash your sprouts in? Are you using only water?
Beautiful
