this dripping water from the OUTSIDE you really think that a little cement from the INSIDE will be enough ... then people wonder why the US houses fall apart after 20 years ... god save America REALLY !
I do think you would have benefitted from maybe covering the oil tanker with a set of double doors or sliding doors. The OSB board whilst painted doesnt really do the room justice.

Not sure of the door requirements, but I would have changed the door from a left swing door to a right swing (easy access to the light switch on entry). I have know idea how that would affect what is behind said door. All is good
