A chalkboard wall and reclaimed wood shiplap? Cheugy asf. But then that other kitchen has open shelving and that obscene “backsplash.” At least with the first house I could repaint and take down the boards. With the second house I’d have to pretty much gut everything just to have upper cabinets. The wrong house won.
