Excellent! It would be helpful to also wrap the bottle with something reflective or dark to keep the soil out of the light and prevent algae from growing, stealing nutrients from the tomato plant, as well as slowing the evaporation of water from the soil.

I thought with that size of bottle, tomatoes and eggplant cannot yield but i was wrong. I will be doing this because we have plastic bottles here

I feel like you missed an opportunity to get all that stem you pruned to root. Maybe glue 2 bottle together to make it longer? Imagine how much more productive the plant would be with a hole foot of extra roots.
