#diywelding #weldingprojects #welding

Watch as Steve Christena from The Arc Academy walks through step-by-step instructions on how to create a keg grill using the Hobart® 140 MIG welder and Airforce® 27i plasma cutter.

The Handler 140 is extremely versatile and perfect for the welder that wants to work on auto body, household repairs, or even heavier farm projects that require extra welding power. It also comes ready to weld — no additional kit required. Steve also uses the AirForce 27i Plasma Cutter, a versatile, lightweight machine perfect for your metal cutting needs.

  • Not sure why you didn’t include a chimney.
You have air in holes but no air out with the door closed?

  • Looks like the first time you do one i was smh when you started with the plasma cutter door always bend

  • I should've made mine like this . I cut mine in 2 halves and the bastard springs open in a slight twist had to get them to join up later when putting on hinges

  • How is it you are welding stainless? I have a Hobart 210 which I love and would love to be able to weld stainless.

  • So I also have a keg I’m about to start working on for a hitch pit. Is my keg aluminum or stainless steel???
Also, what kind of wire are you welding with. I thought I had to rivet and bolt everything.
