DIY OUTDOOR SOFA

  • Hi, can I use spruce wood to build this? What should I use to water proof it?

  • If I want the height of the seat to be higher, all I need to do is secure the seat at a higher part of the arms right? Or would that negatively affect the balance and pressure?

  • Now how I make chaurs with the extra wood please sir. I have 2, 2x4x10's left over from 12.

  • With 3 cushions at 24 3/8” wide, did they fit okay being that the width was only 72”?

  • I did a mock of the back rest and not only was he accurate you still have a good size portion to use in another project.

  • I went through all the comment's and I feel like you should have been a little more clear with close ups. I'm not new to working with wood and understanding measurements but a closer look at the fastening of screws and what size would be great.
