I'it looked great before you measured it :((((
@krazy45cat Yeah it did, unfortunately it would never fly in this rental. The owner of this building is barely 5'6" tall, and would have freaked out if he saw it. LOL. Thanks for watching.
is that your work truck at the end?
@kerobinsonii Sh*t does happen. At least it was easily corrected. Thanks for watching.
@dilauroj94 Yep, it's one of a few. Have a few videos of it. 1946 Dodge. Thanks for watching.

@AVTreasures Hey Ray, that hand truck is bomb proof now. I liked the cabs at first height too, oh well, have to appeal to the renter masses. LOL. Thanks for watching my current, and past videos.
@fritzhvac MR FRITZ! I like the Bosch, it was affordable ($160), replacement blades are fairly priced and (now that I fixed it) works well. Downside is it's med. duty, and limited to battery life. I have used the Fein, and am really impressed with it. I meet with the owner, we discuss the project, I come up with a bid, including cost of my subs and go go go. The contract is open ended to add-on's that are then billed T-n-M. Worked with this owner since 03, and have a good relationship.
How much will this remodel cost?
@TheDieselStop Let's see, roughly $1000 in cabinets, $75 for the sink, $130 for the faucet, $55 in Granite, $40 for tile board and PL glue, Couple hundred for the linoleum floor and subfloor, around $100 in sundries, No cost yet for backsplash tile, Light fixtures were about $50 x 2. plus my labor. Fairly reasonable for a place that will pull in a premium rent.
