@ncrdisabled I removed the sheeting when the roof was replaced last year and replaced anything affected by water, and I was able to get to the back of that interior wall when I opened up the kitchen wall, so all is good. Mold is tough one and affects a LOT of houses.
@AVTreasures Hey Ray, Thanks for watching. I always make sure things are correct and clean, even if they get covered right up. I know what's going behind the walls. The hand truck was repaired the same night and lives to tell the tale. LOL. I am collecting parts needed to convert the hay loft in my barn to a guest studio. Now that I am rested, the sink looks like it's going to be a keeper.
@redneckbryon Hey Bryon, technically it's a one bedroom with a living room, but at almost $2500/month rent, most of the time it is used as a two bedroom.
