Lumber prices are skyrocketing again. We paid $21 for 7/16 OSB in December & now it's $41!
This house in CA is $300-$350 sq ft all day long to build.

It costs more than ever with the mass inflation we are being stuck with due to FJB doing his best to hurt us. I’m about to get financed right now and was told due to the inflation, we won’t even know the rate until we get to the end. FJB!!!!
