  • I think you need a wye instead of a laid down combo just upstream of the toilet flange.

  • Insulating this slab would be good, depending on climate zone. One under-slab additional consideration is electrical conduit to the service entrance, if under ground. Also a re-bar stub up to ground to, if the local code allows or requires it.

  • Hold-downs are generally required here in california- earthquake country. Good information. Thank you.

  • Good morning my friend, could you give me an idea o the footing for a 40x60 and 8’ tall building we are making. This will be, first God, a single room for a small church. We are building it our selves and know how to build walls and roof, but need your knowledge on the footing, how deep should it be and how wide should it be, etc. If you can help, would be appreciated it, thanks, God bless you and your family.

  • could concrete with (i think it is) fiberglass reinforcement work instead of rebar?
planning to do a slab which will be about 10’ x 22’.

  • how wide of a space (hole) need to be for a tub? does that space need support for the plumbing?
