Plumbing is one of those trades which is very regional. If you have to get a permit, some places don't, then find out what code is being used. Many areas will not allow horizontal wet venting. Cleanouts, trap sizing, and the sweep required for trap arms will vary. It is better to hire a local pro than to fail multiple times.
