Great work, Roger. I love that you go into such great detail and explain why you do stuff. And when you do it makes such perfect sense. Well done you! Thanks
Awesome video Roger! What's the minimal distance you could implement this kind of false wall in a bathroom? The bathroom I want to do it in has a window at one end which is going to look odd if there's no wall between the window and the wall to the side of it
What’s the difference between the abacus panels and the green gyprock?
Also if there’s a choice between thermalite and green gyprock which would you choose?
Multitasking as a joiner as well to ensure a proper job installation. Love the videos as always and always learning from you and the channel. Will go for Abacus for the missus' new bathroom as impressed with the kit.
Roger Bisby a complete joy to watch and to learn.
Hi Roger
Just a suggestion if you can
I was just about to finish a bathroom today, during installing clips for the water pipe I drilled in to a radiator hole , which was Buried into the wall, unfortunately
What metal detector do you suggest me?
Thanks
Thinking of studding out my bathroom, how far forward have you studded the wall from the back wal?
14:03 For £118 each i think i'll stick to wood and cement board haha, works out a lot cheaper and i can make it to what ever size i like then.
Hello Roger, I've got the abacus system, and just like you demonstrate in this video that the system in on top of some plywood which is sitting on top of the 2×3 stud timber, but it's the leg of the abacus system much wider and as such would be unable to screw all three holes of the system into the 2×3 timber? How did you solve this?
Roger, what size timbers are you using for the wall studding? 4×2? or 3×2?
