Instead of a Jackhammer, you can also use a 12"x 3/8" masonry bit to drill the perimeter of the 4" concrete to be torn out. Drill every inch or so. Rent a big rotary hammer to make the job effortless. A small sledgehammer should easily break the slab loose.
The only thing I see is you need to revent the bar sink

Not a good job venting. Shower vent needs to rolled up at a 45 at the combo. The water closet needs a proper vent. More mistakes here and there.
