I feel like when the judges were touring the houses they kept getting better as they went along. Tiffany & David definitely had the worst one, full of bad choices. Nate & Jeremiah focused way more on form than function, though I did like the light fixture and the custom closet. Mika & Brian was my favorite, with the laundry room access, but I can see why Allison & Mike won. All that wood is a little too rustic for me, but they were the only one to do a double closet (Nate & Jeremiah’s linen closet doesn’t count).
They were all so good though!
I liked Mika and Brian's
Connecting the laundry to the master bath is always smart. Over your life it is where the bulk of laundry is generated. This cuts a lot of work and hassle. Very nicely done and it uses the space up to the ceiling.
Love the rabbit over the bed.
Notice how 'battered' the door looks and IT wasn't refinished??? THAT is called patina and there is a good reason why you don't refinish/repaint antiques. That texture is fabulous.
The wooden chandelier is suffocating when added to the backdrop of the wooden wall and ceiling. The ombre while original, also fails.
Blind judging, wow interesting. Love the Alison and Mike bedroom, beautiful wood background to the ceiling. And beautiful ombree tile too, love it.
First time for me watching this channel, it's fun!! The bedroom with the curtain behind the bed... first thought cheap hotel room.
Mike and Allison came out on top, again. Good for them Great Designs
GREAT JOB you two! So AMAZING!
