I love most of the designs and finishes but Nate and Jeremiah also got my vote for the best basement finish. Their choice of finish will appeal to more homebuyers and add the most value to the home. My least favorite was the basement with the deer head hanging on the wall which is a poor choice of wall decor.
Same tile in two different houses: 8:25 and 11:15. Coincidence? I adore Nate and Jeremiah and their win here is undeniable: great style + value added.
I chose correct again, I should be a judge lol
Nate and Jeremiah my favourite designers. And this win is SO well deserved! Yayy
Good
In this day and age, adding a rental to a home basement is a very wise move. Congratulations!
What would have been a bonus is a small stackable washer and dryer in the basement. That way either rental or company can use it, otherwise if it is a rental they would have to go to the laundry mat.
they deserved it
Yay!! Nate and Jeremiah for the win!
That was a hot day they announced the challenge on...
A windowless room says let me out! I'd want a window unless it was a theater. That's it. I'll take hardwood too. Easier to clean. Fewer allergens. Love N & J's for looks. Love the bowling alley.
