Do you have an Airbnb or other short term rental? Drop us a link, we would love to see your work!
Hello ladies,.. this question is for all of your stagings, not specifically airbnb… When it comes to photography, you you take the photos as part of services you offer once the staging is done or do you hire a professional photographer to take those photos and charge the clients orr do the homeowners/agent set up photography? Thank you so much for all of your help and tips and tricks! I have been binge watching your videos for two days now… Also subscribed right away. You ladies are awesome!!!
Hi again Revisions Mentor! I am still SO thankful for your videos! I would love if you all would follow me on Instagram and you can see what you have helped create haha! @yellowrosehomestaging I return often when feeling frustrated, confused, or looking for guidance into getting new clients or ideas! I have gotten off the ground and have staged 2 homes so far and about to get a third! I am itching to learn more about how to make money and be more efficient while staging. I am going in the hole quite a bit on each stage bc of overhead costs and mostly, moving costs. I know that this may be the case for a while as I continue to grow. I am researching possibly renting furniture for the next few stages just to get myself out of my tiny little hole. ;-). How did you contact people for airbnb or short term rentals and how does that work? Do they keep what you purchase? Is it literally staging that comes from your inventory and you take it back at a certain point? So curious about rental properties and how I can tap into that market! Thank you all SO much! xoxo ~ Bess
Love the property with the mint bird wall paper! And completely agree about that tray on the bed. We are starting a glamping business with unique stays and I am budgeting to have a little welcome basket especially as we get our name out there. A special touch like you mentioned in the video- if it's a romantic getaway to have photos to represent that. The flowers and the book was such a good idea with big impact. Great video, thank you for sharing!
An owner wants me to furnish & stage their new rental property & eventuality other larger properties in the Houston area. Right now I’m looking at a 2/2 but majority will be that size & larger. I need help on the base rates that I should ask for compensation. This is all so new for me & I want to make sure I’m being paid fairly. The owner wants me to basically start with a blank canvas & fill it with all the necessities for a stay (furnishing), not just preparing for photos. Please help.
Thanks for the ideas. Love these tips.
