  1. The older the house does that play a bigger factor in the cost over what type of work your trying to do?
    My has a house built in the 50-60's with all original fixtures, bathroom, bed and etc. furnishings so trying to upgrade bit by bit is daunting….
    I love that sink!!

  2. My first bath room job after 3 years working for builder is this size, I charged $3500 Canadian Dollar for replacing every thing. As of today I would charge no more than $6000 for same job. This is the easiest bathroom fixed up only a idiot will pay your $20000 for what it is.
